What are the differences between Vitamin B9, Folic Acid or Folate?

Vitamin B9 is of two types including natural type of this vitamin called Folate, and synthetic form of this vitamin called Folic acid. Although both of them are Vitamin B9 forms, but they have special differences that can be very effective in our health.
