Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 or cobalamin is an important vitamin for the body that is involved in the production of red blood cells and is responsible for building and stabilizing DNA. Vitamin B12 helps prevent and treat anemia and growth in children and increases the body’s strength. Strengthens the heart, treats infertility, asthma, migraine headaches and depression are the most important properties of vitamin B12 in the human body.
Some rich sources of vitamin B12 include fish, red meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products such as milk, yogurt, cereals, and legumes.
Too little vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to anemia, fatigue, insanity and depression, while long-term vitamin B12 deficiency can permanently damage the brain and central nervous system.
